More than anything, Miranda and Audrey believe that estate sales and staging should feel supportive, approachable, and even enjoyable. Both Miranda and Audrey hold a Social Work background, shaping everything they do – from the way they communicate with families, to how they handle personal belongings and heirlooms and the shared understanding that people deserved to be treated with dignity, especially during life transitions.

In their joint Social Work Career, where compassion was not only encouraged – but essential, they quickly grew a friendship built on trust, and the unexpected, shared love for beautiful heirlooms, thoughtful organization and homes that have made many memories. ​
